Hello, Newman. So as the season continues, we arrive at the comeback. So obviously the heart & soul of the episode is George attempting to one-up the guy who joked about him eating all the shrimp but there is a fun little subplot as well which sees the k man trying to get his will annulled after finishing the other side of darkness but is it even possible for him to do it? Well, we sent our researchers to uncover the truth & this is what they found.

So according to NY state law, the only annulments they seem to provide are for marriages. However, you are able to revoke or change your will at any given time. There are many different ways to do so. If you wish to have it revoked, apparently it’s as simple as just burning, cutting, tearing, canceling, obliterating, mutilating or destroying your will (or having someone else do so). Why they used such odd language as mutilating to refer to a will, I have no idea but you can also just write a new will if that’s easier for you (or even just put down in writing that you wish to revoke your will).

But of course in any case, you should not be making decisions about your future based on some Eric Roberts film. It helps to have some sort of legal counsel to inform your decisions to ensure all your dependents will be set for the future. & of course I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that the George storyline is nothing short of iconic. So that’s about all I had for you today but thank you so much for reading. Have a great weekend & I will see you back here next week for a brand new episode of Seinfeld Declassified. Until then, this is the x factor signing off.
