Hey, guys. Hope you’re doing well. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to be getting back to this series and that we can set down our pitchforks for the foreseeable future. So let’s jump right in here, shall we? I know we’ve all been wondering this for years and now we’re going to get to the bottom of this once and for all.

So how much was the jacket? Well, first of all, suede is a type of leather so, to determine the exact cost, we’ll need to know whether it’s real leather or not. Based on the k man’s reaction, I think we can all agree it was definitely real. So how much did a real leather jacket cost back in 1991 (the year the episode aired)?

Well, back in the 90’s, the average cost of a real leather jacket was around $650. Adjusting for inflation, that means he paid exactly $1,242.16. So you can see why Georgie boy was freaking out. Like she said, there is no park and the team has relocated. And that’s pretty much all I have for you guys today. So thank you so much for reading. Have a great week and I’ll see you back here next week for a brand episode of SE.
