Seinfeld Declassified Episode 39: Is the orange statement true?
Hello, Newman. So let’s jump right in here. The season continues with the checks, with Jerry & George trying to sell their pilot to Japanese TV. This naturally leads to the k man making the outlandish claim that oranges are rare in that Japan but is there any truth to this? Well, we sent out our best researchers & here’s what they found.
Of course not. Even beyond oranges, just citrus in general is quite abundant in the nation of Japan. In fact, one of the most popular types of Japanese oranges is known as the Mikan & is eaten at pretty much every meal. So why did the k man think this? Well, I think we all know he’s not playing with a full deck. It’s also quite apparent by their reactions that oranges are not a rare delicacy in Japan.
So that’s about all I have for you guys but thank you so much for reading. Have a great week & I will see you back here next weekend for a brand new episode of Seinfeld Declassified. Until then, this is the x factor signing off.
