Hey, guys. I know it’s been a while but we are back with a brand episode. So this week’s episode takes us to the heart of downtown as we explore the brand new Durham food hall. Recently opened just over a year ago, it has since proven popular thanks to its wide selection of high-quality foods and beverages.

So, anyway, I got dragged to the food hall to grab a bagel on a Friday which, as you all know, is supposed to be pizza day so I got creative with it. Using customization, I was able to order a havarti & fresh dill bagel replete with chevre (the best cheese in the world) and cheddar. As I mentioned, I sort of got roped into it so I wasn’t expecting much from them but that’s actually a good thing. When you keep your expectations low, you never get disappointed & I certainly was not.

The rich, creamy taste of the chevre really complemented the cheddar and the bagel. It’s kind of hard to explain just how good the taste is but that’s why I recommend you check it out for yourself. They use only locally-sourced ingredients & have a lot of unique options to choose from. You can even customize your own bagel to get everything you want. The price is a bit steeper than you might expect but it’s definitely worth every penny. So if you’re a bagel lover, you definitely can’t go wrong with everything bagels. Your tastebuds will thank you.
